Recruiter – Loader & Unloader Hiring
Responsibilities
- Hire loaders, unloaders, pickers, packers, and warehouse helpers
- Call candidates and schedule interviews/joining
- Coordinate bulk hiring drives near warehouses/dark stores
- Verify Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, and other documents
- Handle joining and attendance follow-up
- Maintain daily hiring and onboarding reports
- Fulfill urgent manpower requirements for warehouse operations
- Coordinate with warehouse managers and HR team
Skills Required
- Good Hindi communication
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Recruitment, telecalling, or field hiring experience preferred
- Ability to manage daily targets
- Candidate follow-up skills
Qualification
- 12th pass or graduate
- Fresher and experienced both can apply
Salary
- Fixed salary + incentives based on hiring targets
- Common range: ₹15,000–₹30,000/month depending on city and experience
Work Environment
- Fast-paced logistics/warehouse hiring
- 6-day working
- Sometimes field visits for hiring camps
