Location: Patna | Kolkata | Ranchi | Jamshedpur |
Responsibilities
- Hire picker & packer staff for warehouse/dark store operations
- Screen candidates through calls and interviews
- Explain shift timing, salary, and work process
- Complete onboarding and document verification
- Coordinate joining with warehouse managers
- Maintain hiring records in Excel or Google Sheets
- Achieve daily/weekly manpower hiring targets
- Handle attendance and candidate follow-up
Picker & Packer Work Profile
Picker:
- Warehouse shelves se products pick karna according to app/order list
Packer:
- Picked items ko safely pack karna for delivery
Skills Required
- Good communication skills
- Basic mobile/computer knowledge
- Recruitment or telecalling experience preferred
- Ability to manage bulk hiring
Qualification
- 10th / 12th pass minimum
- Freshers can also apply
Salary Range
- Recruiter salary: around ₹15k–₹30k + incentives
- Picker/Packer staff salary: around ₹10k–₹18k depending on city and shifts
Work Environment
- Fast-paced warehouse operations
- Day/night shifts possible
- 6 days working
